La Stampa – Marco Acquaroli wins the competition “Cocinando con Trufa”

“The Italian chef Marco Acquaroli is the world champion chef of cuisine with truffles. The jury of “Cocinando con Trufa” declared it today (December 5) in Soria in Spain, in the first world competition dedicated to the noble ingredient. In this case was the black truffle, like the one widely cultivated in the Castile and León region.”
