Today Dispensa Franciacorta is guided by young and passionate host Daniele Merola, sure as now as he was a decade ago that the versatility of Dispensa, along with its commitment to quality, its continuous search for the best ingredients, and its efforts to make each guest feel at home, are what have shaped the Dispensa’s identity and success.

At the head of the kitchen at Dispensa Franciacorta is chef Daniele Provezza, who expresses his cuisine of revisited tradition in the Osteria, favoring seasonal, fresh ingredients and products from the Franciacorta area, working them with great technique and imagination.

The right-hand man of Daniele is Marco Zampedri, a versatile figure whose responsibilities range from the reception, to the dining service of both the restaurant and osteria, from the purchase management to the cash register to the orders management.
