Dinner with 10 glasses of Franciacorta wines awarded “3 Glasses Gambero Rosso” with Osteria Menu

Autumn will start on 25th October in Dispensa Pani e Vini at 8pm with the first special dinner dedicated to 10 glasses of Franciacorta wines awarded “3 Glasses Gambero Rosso” and a full Osteria Menu.

MENU:
• Calvisius Caviar white sturgeon tartare, celery soup and green apple
• Risotto with 3 milks robiola cheese, mushrooms, hazelnuts, salted codfish
• Pork belly with topinambur
• Cheese selection
• Yogurt ice cream and red fruits
